Hungarian cucumber Salad



This salad is made very frequently in Hungary. I'd happen to chance on this recipe while browsing blogspot. The recipe is simple enough to try on

Ingredient
250 g cucumber
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
3 large cloves of garlic
1 small tube of yogurt
1 teaspoon vinegar

Preparation:
1. Peel the cucumbers and slice the cucumbers with slicer.
2. Sprinkle the cucumbers with salt and mix in. Let it stand for about half an hour.
3. After that crush the liquid of the cucumbers. (you may have to do few time, otherwise your salad will be watery.
4. Add crushed garlics, sugar and the vinegar to the cucumbers.
5. Put the yogurt on the cucumbers and mix in. and let it stand for at least half an hour before eating.
