Making Paella



Nearly a months since my last post on the Cola Chicken Recipe

Today i've tried something different...Paella. Paella is a Spanish rice dish originating from province of Valencia. The name "paella" itself is Valencian for frying pan.

However, what i like about this dishes is the creativity of the dishes. Its allow space for creation and fusion.

My style of paella include

Ingredients:-

Chicken breast (cut to small cube & marinated with curry powder)
Calamari
Mussels
Scallops

Tomato (diced)
Button Mushrooms (halved)
Green Capsicum (diced)
Yellow Capsicum (diced)
Tou Pok

Rice
Prawn Broths
Garlic (diced)
Olive oil

Instructions
1. Heated the frying pan & add olive oil to pan
1. Stir-fried chickens with garlics in pan & put aside
2. Stir-fried calamari & seafoods, with garlics in pan & put aside
3. Stir fried mushroom, tomatoes. capsicums in pan
4. Add in all the ingredients to the pan, and then add in rice
5. Add in Soup broths, and let it simmering for about 20min
6. turn off fire.

if needed add pinch of salts
