Coke + Chicken

Yesterday come upon this weird recipe at opensourcefood.com.... anyway after reading the instruction decided to try it out...coz it sound simple enough.....

Bought some chicken breast fillet, 1 Carlsberg & 1 Coke.... start cooking...

End result is delicous and creamy chicken dishes. Nice...not bad for amateur cook...:)

Coincidentally it's durian's seasons, my home basically awash with the king of fruit....unfortunately i nvr really like durian.... to heaty to my body.. sometime cause my nose to bleed (seriously)....

Recently, just came back from hometown...... nearly 4 year in s'pore, it have been awhile i've went home, excluding CNY holiday...

no matter what, the feeling of returning to own's hometown and to visit parents still the best.....
